If the OF is there but you're not managing to get the hold switch in time, though, then you can try turning the player off from Rockbox (keep holding down play) then power the player on by pressing and holding menu (the bootloader also checks for this to dualboot). If the previous owner installed rockbox to the OSOS image in the firmware partition, replacing the original firmware ( ) then the hold switch will indeed never start the OF no matter how early you switch it. The system will not allow me to post the picture like i did with the first one. When i click on it (the bubble above) this comes up Once its at the last one the battery starts to drain. When i plug in the ipod to my computer this is what it does. I took a pic of the boot with the hold on When i plug it in, it says that the driver was not found and give me a USB log with a bubble to click on but only takes me to the device manager I went under the storage management but it does not show up either. but i can't because my computer does not recognize it. I want to restore to the original Apple Firmware. I do switch the hold early enough all i get is the rockbox background and "Cleared"
